Welcome to Giatti Glow, a space where we focus on helping you shine from the inside out.

I’m Barb Schnarr Giatti, and I’m here to help all of us glow: mind, body, and spirit. This isn’t your typical informative podcast. Think of it as your own personal coaching session, one that meets you right where you are.

I like to say I’m your personal cheerleader. I’m not going to show up at your house every morning telling you how amazing you are, but once a week, I’ll be right here in your podcast player, coaching you, encouraging you, and reminding you that you’ve got this.

This is a long-term journey we’re taking together. We’ll begin with 12 weeks of Life Coaching, then move through other beautiful areas of personal growth and wellness, each explored over a three-month season.
