Beth is Director of the Women's Professional Game at the England and Wales Cricket Board, where she leads the growth and evolution of women's cricket in England and Wales.

We chat about everything from her "posi-vibes only" leadership style, to getting married at Lord's Cricket Ground.

Beth is full of energy and we left the recording feeling energised about working hard, surrounding yourself with talented people, breaking down barriers in sport, and why cricket might actually be for us after all.
