E ha fondato UAM.TV - a cui sono iscritta da quasi un anno e che adoro per i contenuti che offre, introvabili altrove. Una tv on demand dove le storie ispirano, raccontano il mondo da altre prospettive che non quelle della paura e della violenza.  (l'intervista e' stata registrata con un microfono esterno percio' mi scuso per l'audio un po' sbilanciato)

      Lukasz Luczaj is an ethnobotanist and.......... so much more! After this conversation actually I feel he is also somewhat a philosopher. 

      Apart from the work in Academia he has a large wild garden in the Carpathians where, since 2002, he organizes cooking workshops with wild plants, fungi and insects, being one of the predecessors of the foraging movement in Europe. Łukasz authored a few popular books on edible plants and insects, books about connecting with nature and a manual how to make love outdoors, as well as a few cooking television programmes.
