In this episode, I talk to Dr Pam Smith who is a GP partner at Davenal House in Worcestershire. She is an appraiser and a mentor and she works as a Practitioner Health Clinician for NHS Practitioner Health. Dr Smith shares her extensive experience of working with doctors with burnout and helps us to recognise the early signs.
