With decades of experience across international hospitality, including senior leadership roles with Jumeirah Hospitality and Hilton International, he brings a rare operational lens to global food challenges. As a former Continental Director for Africa and the Middle East at Worldchefs, Andy has championed chef education, youth development, and sustainable food practices worldwide. He believes chefs play a critical role in shaping food policy, reducing waste, and strengthening food security through skills, standards, and systems.
