We had the absolute pleasure of chatting with Amelia (@ameliajorei) about her first year in real estate, in which she completely exceeded her own expectations. Amelia started out just wanting a way to make more passive income and ended up closing on another triplex this past Friday, which brings her to 15 doors total in just under a year.
She maintains a full-time job, self-manages all 15 doors, and is doing anything in her power to set her up for success, and hopefully, soon do real estate full time. What we loved most about chatting with Amelia, is that it all came down to taking the first step, and just seeing where it would take her.
