In this episode, Aidan dives into his slightly unconventional relationship with Valentine’s Day. From unpacking the pressure, stereotypes and expectations that surround it, to realising that perhaps the day does not have to look the way we have always been told it should, he explores what it really means to make it your own.

And of course, it would not be an episode all about love without a little romance. Aidan’s partner, Elliot, makes a cameo appearance as they chat about their first Valentine’s together, while also taking a trip down memory lane to the year Aidan decided to turn Valentine’s completely on its head and celebrate it platonically instead.
