  • Episode 84- MY Pre-conversation with Thayne Martin about the Balance between the Conscious Mind and the Subconscious Body.
    May 3 2026
In this episode, I had a pre-conversation with Thayne Martin about the balance between the conscious mind and the subconscious body. We talked about his mental and behavior challages that he had to overcome by mental and emotional healing and recovery through positivity. The steps that you have to take to grow, eveole, elevate, and mature into the people that we are meant to be through spriual, meantal and emotional intelligence. How no matter what you do, there is no winning when it comes to negative people. We talok about child human trafficking. What he went through it came to being assaulted by a man of the church, and left the church. How millions of pastor and priest are assaulting young boys and girls in the churches? How he has overcome that, and found his back through his spiruality? How he is turning trauma into triumph and helping others with positive healing and recovery. We spkoe about how both of them determine you decisions, choices, actions and behavor negatively or positive. The importance of the communications between the consiousness and the subconiousness when it comes to the nervious system. How the dopamine can manipulate, lie, scam con, lead you astray, and make you make the wrong decisons, and choices that cause you to act and behave in a negative way? We also talk about critical thinking, common sense, and common judgement when it comes to decision, choices, action and behavor. We talked about letting go of the past, and focus on the present and the future version of you. It was a great conversation to where I decided to post the conversation, I am looking forward to the pocast conversation. I hope that you enjoy the conversation.

  • Episode 85 - Proverbs 20:25: Thinking, Acting, and Behaving Rashly to Only Regret You Choices and Decisions Later.
    Apr 27 2026
In this episode, we talk about proverbs 2025 where it states that it is a trap for man to dedicate something rashly, only to consider what it will cost him later. This scripture speaks to me, because every choice, decision, action, behavior based upon being impulsive and your emotions, will always end up becoming a trap to do something that you’re going to regret later. It’s like that old saying laugh now, cry later. A lot of people don’t understand what that means. we all as human beings, sometimes act and behave without researching, verifying, and understanding what we’re getting into. We just act first without thinking, and then, when the consequences, repercussions, and karma happens, you don’t want to not only accept it, but you don’t want to deal with what comes with it as far as what you chose and decided to do. And I think it’s time that we start thinking before we act on things. There are many people right now that wanna blame everybody else for the things that they chose to do. And don’t get me wrong. There are many different reasons why people act and behave the way they do based on being willing to participants, being manipulated and lied to, or being forced into doing something that they know is wrong. And in this episode, I go into those three ways of people making decisions and choices that are based on these three things. And how that is detrimental to your consciousness, spirituality, your soul, and your subconsciousness.

  • Episode 82 - Healing and Recovery Through Spiritual Growth, Elevating, Evolving, and Changing.
    Apr 19 2026
In this episode, I talk about how to find your interviews and frailty through healing and recovery when it comes to elevating, evolving, growing, and maturing into the new version of you spiritually that you are becoming naturally. The one thing about spiritual healing your recovery is it’s not something that it is exactly talked about very much when it comes to overcoming adversity. But I thought it was time that we had this conversation because a lot of people are sitting around and praising and worshiping Jesus and for the sacrifice he made in order for us to have a connection with God. And yet we still continue to disrespect him at the same time by committing sins that go against everything that was his sacrifice and God. It just reminds me of Adam and Eve when it came to them eating the forbidden fruit and then trying to hide from God like God didn’t know what they did. And the consequences were very severe for both of them. So when I think about the choices decisions, actions, behavior, and the consequences, repercussions, and karma that come with that, I just choose to do the right thing. And how by me how to God the way Job came to God when it came to what happened in his story in the Bible, I chose to go about it the same way. And my life has been so much better for it. So I look at my life the same way of the story of Job. I was stripped of everything, went through medical issues, and many other things that were similar to that story. And how I went to God in the same way the dope did in order for me to have a new beginning and be a new version of myself as a godly woman. And I have learned so much to that journey of being alone with God. The things that I have learned from this being that I can’t see has been absolutely amazing. So I decided to share it with you. And why I have been gone for a little bit as far as not doing any podcast for the past few weeks. I hope this podcast gives you inspiration. And I hope you enjoy the rest of the episodes moving forward.

  • Episode 81 - Finding Your Inner Peace And Tranquility When It Comes To Healing and Recovery.
    Apr 6 2026
In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing find your inner peace and tranquility when it comes to your spiritual healing and recovery. When it comes to spiritual healing and recovery, it requires a lot of things that a lot of people don’t know. We all have been two days where we wake up and say we want better, we deserve better, and we’re tired of everything that’s going on in our lives negatively. We will even do the steps to try to improve and better ourselves. And we actually achieve the goals that we set to make ourselves better. But then we’ll turn around and bring people into our lives that make us forget everything that we did to heal and recover ourselves and go through the same nonsense all over again. It’s like you say two steps forward in 30 steps back. And what people don’t understand is if you want change, then you’re going to have to be able to maintain that change regardless of who or what comes into your life. It’s a path, purpose, and journey that you have to go on that is not temporary. It is permanent. Building a foundation before you go any further. It’s about maintaining that foundation that you built. It’s about what you consume, and what you acknowledge that determines your decisions, choices, actions, behavior that you do negatively and positively. It’s about maintaining your self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self-respect, self-confidence, and you believe in yourself, even when no one else does, despite your flaws, imperfections, disabilities, or any mistakes that you’ve made in your past. It’s about you not lowering yourself to build other people up, and neglecting your purpose, your path, and your journey to better yourself. Because that is not what God will want us to do in any capacity. God never said that we had to lower ourselves in order to build other people up. So I hope this episode gives you a lot of inspiration when it comes to your own spiritual healing and recovery. #spiritual #recovery #healing

  • Episode 80- Healing and Recovery When It Comes to Repentance.
    Mar 23 2026
In this episode, I am discussing Corinthians 7:10 when it comes to sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death. What is the difference between godly sorrow and worldly sorrow? How do you go about repenting for your wrongs and sins? How will repentance lead you to letting go of what was, closing chapters, and moving forward? #repentance #God'slove

  • Episode 79 - Finding Your Inner Peace And Tranquility Through Patience.
    Mar 16 2026
In this episode, we talk about James 5:11 in the Bible when it comes to being patient, despite all the adversities, pain, suffering, trauma, medical issues, losing everything financially, being a single mother, death, and more. How all of these people that are causing all of the chaos when it comes to the lower class of the United States are going to reap what they sow? The one thing that I learned through healing and recovery is the importance of James chapter 5, because it talks about patience, and how to deal with burnout. Same way that Job in the Bible went through what he went through when it came to losing everything, going through illnesses and diseases, losing his whole entire family, and so much more, his faith in God did not waiver. He still continue to pray, and continue to do the right thing despite thing first time it all. People told him to go against God, and he would not. He even went before God, and her stripped down naked, and said to him that he is coming to him as if he is a newborn baby, ready for God to lead him to something new. And this is no different than any of us. We also talk about how Jesus was crucified, and resurrected from the dead, despite being crucified and convicted for something that he never did. He was betrayed by one of his disciples, and he still forgave him. But this chapter of the Bible is very important because it talks about the importance of closing chapters, moving on from the past, and focusing on your presence and your future. You not looking back like the story of Lot when he left Sodom and Gomorrah. And all of this is how you’re healing begins. And I hope this episode teaches everyone who listens to this episode, the importance of letting go of what was, closing chapters, forgiving those who have wronged you, and moving forward to a new and better version of you, in a new embedded version of your life.
