À propos de ce contenu audio
Palm Sunday reminds us that not all kings come the way we expect. As Jesus entered Jerusalem, He rode on a humble donkey—symbolizing peace, gentleness, and servanthood. At the same time, Pontius Pilate entered on a powerful stallion, representing authority, control, and worldly power.
Two processions. Two kingdoms. Two very different kinds of kings.
The crowd welcomed Jesus with praise, but many were still expecting a ruler who would conquer like Pilate—not a Savior who would surrender. Yet Jesus came not to dominate, but to serve. Not to take power, but to lay down His life.
This Palm Sunday invites us to reflect: Who is your King? Are we following the way of power and control, or the way of humility and surrender?
Jesus doesn’t force His rule—He invites it. And the King who rode in on a donkey is still worthy of our praise, our trust, and our lives.
