In this memorial episode, we honor the life of Father Paul Jerome, a Trappist monk and priest of the Abbey of New Clairvaux in Vina, California. Living nearly a century, Father Paul devoted more than six decades to monastic life marked by silence, prayer, and faithful service.
Through reflection and gentle storytelling, this episode remembers a man whose vocation was lived largely out of sight, yet deeply rooted in love for God and community. From his early calling to religious life, through his priesthood and long years in the monastery, to his death on December 26, 2025, we reflect on what a life of quiet fidelity can teach a noisy world.
