I am using my Experiences and Lessons that I am learning in real life, in real time. Abuse in our families is so prevalent in our community, but what we miss as a community is the Unseen: Mental, Emotional, Phycological, and Spiritual Abuse. That type of abuse is very damaging and most of the time it is accompanied by bullying by other family members; hence "The Black Sheep" Rhetoric. Gaslighting, manipulation, and Narcissism are the catalyst to unseen family abuse that manifest in behavior on the receiving and giving end of both parties. This conversation is being opened because being silent is deadly and abuse of any kind from Friend, Family, or Foe should not ever be tolerated.
