      मशगूल थे सब अपनी ज़िन्दगी में, ज़रा सी धरती क्या हिली, सबको ऊपरवाला याद आ गया।                                                                                                  कुछ ऐसी ही फीलिंग थी कल रात २ बजे जब खिड़की के शीशे की खड़ खड़ आवाज़ और हिलते हुए बिस्तर की वजह से मेरी नींद खुली । १ सेकंड के लिए लगा सपना तो नहीं देख रही हूँ। फिर पड़ोसियों के घरों से बाहर निकलने की आवाज़ जब आयी तब घबराके उठी , इंटरलॉक खुल नहीं पा रहा था की नीचे उतर के खुले मैदान में चली जाऊँ पर खुशकिस्मत हूँ की रुक गया भूकंप ! मगर कल रात आये इस भूकंप ने नेपाल में छह लोगों की जान ली। ये भूकंप से मचने वाली तबाही को आखिर रोका कैसे जा सकता है ? क्या हमें भूकंप के आने का भी पहले से पता लग सकता है ? क्या होता क्या है ये भूकंप ? और आजकल इतना ज़्यादा क्यों आ रहा है ? सीधी बात की मल्टी स्टोरी बिल्डिंग में रह रहे हम लोग कैसे अपनी जान बचाएं इस भूकंप से ?  चलिए बात करते हैं इसके बारे में डॉ सुमेर चोपड़ा से। आपको बता दूँ की डॉ सुमेर चोपड़ा Director हैं , Institute of Seismological रिसर्च गांधीनगर गुजरात में। एंड हेलो मैं मानसी हूँ आपके साथ ABP LIVE PODCAST पर लेकर FYI
