    Jan 21 2026

After the Canes talk, this episode goes somewhere else entirely.Episode 15 pt. 2 picks up once the National Championship conversation winds down and turns into everything that lives around fandom, friendship, and growing up together. This isn’t about X’s and O’s. It’s about why sports matter to people, how identity forms around teams, and why those bonds don’t disappear just because life changes. The guys get into fandom psychology, lifelong friendships, sex, internet chaos, Britney updates, bad habits, health journeys, AI doctors, money, fame, and the strange places conversations go when you’ve known each other for decades and there’s no filter left. There’s laughter, discomfort, nostalgia, arguments, and moments that get more honest than anyone planned. We’re not a sports show. We’re not a self-help show. We’re just people talking about the things that actually come up.Got a story you want us to read on the show?

  • 15 – Why Indiana Doesn’t Stand a Chance (Part 1)
    Jan 16 2026

The Hurricanes are headed to the National Championship, and this episode is about why this moment feels inevitable.

This isn’t a film-room breakdown or a coaching clinic. It’s lifelong Canes fans talking belief, brotherhood, history, and why this Miami team is different from the ones that came up short. From the trenches, to the defense, to the culture Mario Cristobal has rebuilt, the guys explain why Indiana hasn’t seen anything like this.

Along the way they relive decades of Canes memories, talk alumni, swagger, NIL, coaching growth, and what it means to finally experience this run with their kids after years of disappointment. There’s confidence, trash talk, stories from the road, and the kind of irrational belief only real fans earn.

    We’re not a sports show.

We’re fans who’ve waited a long time for this.

  • 14 - You’ve Been Doing It Wrong This Whole Time
    Jan 11 2026

This episode starts with an argument nobody expected about the correct way to wash yourself in the shower and somehow spirals into microdosing, anxiety, modern “wellness,” bathroom habits nobody admits to, and why phones on the toilet might actually be ruining society.

Daniel, who was called “about as deep as a puddle” last episode, finally attempts to go deeper. For the first time, Getting Deep with Daniel is born, where he talks about forgiveness, being less reactive, letting things go, and trying not to carry unnecessary anger into the new year. It lasts just long enough before everyone interrupts him, as expected.

Anthony refuses to change anything that already works for him, Eric tries to explain routines and discipline, and the conversation keeps going completely off the rails.

Along the way they hit Miami Hurricanes belief, family, karma, Britney, hygiene anxiety, hemorrhoids, bad habits, and the realization that none of us were ever actually taught how to do basic things correctly.

Daniel insists his life is perfect while still getting dragged into resolutions, relationship expectations, and self-reflection anyway.Along the way they spiral into Britney Spears updates, the Grateful Dead, EDM concerts, public meltdowns, awkward social encounters, holiday stress, sports fandom, and some of the strangest internet clips they’ve seen all year. This episode is funny, honest, scattered, and exactly what a holiday conversation with friends actually sounds like.Got a story? • 10 - He Crushed a Roach With His Fingers
    Nov 26 2025

Eric killed a cockroach with his bare hands – no tissue, just fingers – and the video evidence had Anthony and Daniel gagging in real time. We're talking full-on squeezing a roach between his fingers while completely naked in bed at 2 AM, all captured on camera by his wife.

The guys were genuinely horrified watching it unfold, questioning Eric's sanity while he calmly defended himself saying people who study insects for a living touch them and it just doesn't freak him out like it freaks everyone else. Daniel called in live from Madrid looking half-dead, we dove deep into 90s nostalgia (Ministry, Pearl Jam for $9, NWA, cruising Clearwater Beach), broke down insane modern dating terminology (throning, shrecking, monkey bars), and somehow landed on Eric's legendary adult bookstore job story involving glory holes, pocketing cash from customers, and reading books about the G-spot.

Plus the cockroach-eating contest death story, Eric's emotional surgery week, sleeping naked debates, and a possibly-AI bear crashng through a bathroom window while a guy's on the toilet.Episode 10. Still figuring this out. Still being authentic. Still have no idea where conversations will go.Like, subscribe, and review on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you listen.Got a story? • 9 - Intimacy, Love & Dating: A Woman’s Unfiltered POV
    Nov 18 2025

Chantael Smith – sat down with the three of us and delivered the most chaotic, honest, and absolutely hilarious conversation about modern dating we’ve ever had. One unflappable woman calmly dropped truth bomb after truth bomb while three grown men lost their minds in real time. We laughed until we cried, gasped more than once, and honestly needed a minute (or ten) to recover.

We went everywhere: unsolicited pics and her brutally real reaction, guys asking to be pegged on the first or second date, cuckolding requests that came out of nowhere, the now-legendary “three soda cans stacked” divorce story, financial domination weirdos, why some men lie about height, age, everything, Anthony’s full meltdown confession “I’m all talk… no mustard here,” the palmetto bug bedroom horror story, dating over 40, and the perfect Dr. Ruth quote that tied the whole episode together. If you’ve ever wondered what women actually think about intimacy, love, sex, and the absolute circus that is dating in 2025 – this is it, raw and unfiltered. Buckle up, because she broke us… repeatedly.
