Simone and Alexander cover the audition process, the upcoming International Championship of Collegiate A Capella quarterfinal in Ann Arbor, and what sets State of Fifths apart from other groups on campus. Last year, the group traveled to Milwaukee for ICCA semifinals for the first time since 2019. Mia and Gabby discuss retreats, song selection, bonding activities, and the dynamic group culture that makes State of Fifths unique.

    The tribe has spoken! Survivor Michigan State, a social club and competition that takes inspiration from the iconic series, is currently wrapping up its seventh season and will begin season eight in January. Exposure host Emelia Duffield chats with Survivor Michigan State president Kristian Chorkey about the casting process, production, and highly competitive nature of Survivor. The social aspect of the club combines competition and rivalry with bonding events and forming long-lasting friendships. Survivor Michigan State has competed against Survivor UofM in mini games, and there is even the opportunity to study abroad in Fiji while participating in Survivor-inspired challenges. Chorkey discusses the major challenge of discrepancy and keeping confidential challenges and information under wraps on a Big 10 campus. Sara Calanchi, Natalie Frever, and Kate Horvath chat about time management between classes and weekly practices, as well as navigating the balance of sportsmanship and friendship. As experienced volleyball players, Calanchi, Frever, and Horvath cover how MSU Club Volleyball has prepared them for life beyond college, fostered camaraderie, and developed their authenticity as individuals. President Amelia Beesley and Vice President Dan Trautner discuss volunteerism on campus, the Student Organic Farm, adjusting sustainable efforts to the political climate, and more. Opportunities to get involved with ESSU are accessible to all MSU students; Beesley and Trautner recommend staying up to date on the organization's Instagram page. ESSU attends environmental conferences, hosts guests lecturers, and assists in environmental cleanup and invasive species removal.
