  • "A Decade of Training & Health Coaching" with Jake Picht
    May 6 2026

Today I'm thrilled to be joined by another one of my colleagues, Jake Picht.

Jake is a former college baseball player and current Health Coach and Exercise Physiologist with Reformed Fitness. I've had the pleasure of working with Jake on and off for close to a decade now and I've met few better trainers ever in my time in the industry.

Jake shares with us his in depth knowledge of strength training and how he made the transition to working completely remote for his training and health coaching services. We talk about some of the benefits of working remote, and many of the benefits. We also discuss at length some of the most important things to consider if you've ever thought about taking your business completely virtual.

Between the two of us we've conducted over 50,000, 1-on-1 and small group workouts, in person and online. There are probably not two better trainers in the world when it comes to the nuances of high level coaching in the virtual space. I know you'll enjoy this episode and please make sure to like and subscribe.

I'm hoping to finish my new book in the next few months, with the same title as this podcast. In the interim if you love the show and want to support, I'd appreciate you picking up a copy of my first book "How 2 Look Good Naked".

If you've ever thought about adding to your own home gym, there's a brand I'm a huge fan of that I couldn't recommend more highly. Temple of Gainz is a California based company that's making waves in the home gym space with some of the best products on the market.

Their thoughtful designs inspired by great machines of the past are constantly being innovated and improved. Their customer service is top notch and they have some of the most competitive prices in the space with their direct to consumer shipping (which is free if you spend more than $1500). Whether you own a small studio or want to create the ultimate home gym, you should give Temple of Gainz a try!

If you haven't already please like, subscribe and share. If you're interested in working with me directly for training or health coaching, please reach out at logan@reformed-fitness.com.

You can also book a free discovery call with myself or another member of my team HERE.

  • "First NPC Show & JackedNLeen Coaching" with Jack Stiele
    Apr 22 2026

    Season 2, episode 6!

Today's episode is a banger! If you've ever thought of competing in a bodybuilding show, you don't want to miss this one. I'm joined today by my friend and colleague Jack Stiele.

Jack is an up and coming bodybuilding coach and competitor working out of the JackedNLeen Gym in Rogers, MN. He works directly with Jack Oosten, another former guest and the owner of JackedNLeen. Jack Stiele, or "little jack", as he's called at the gym, recently completed his first official NPC Bodybuilding show last fall.

In this episode we discuss what that process was like. Grinding through the workouts, the meals, the prep. We also dive into Jack's coaching philosophy and what makes him tick as a coach. If you're thinking of doing a show and looking for a coach that can help you get you to your best possible stage ready physique, Little Jack, just might be your guy. If competition is less your style, but you simply want to be a more badass, robust, harder to kill human, you should give Jack a try as well. You can find his Instagram HERE, or reach out directly at jackstiele@jackednleen.com.

  • "Building a Successful Virtual Training Company" with Xavier Robinson
    Apr 8 2026

    Season 2... Episode 5!

Today I'm thrilled to be joined today by the founder of Reformed Fitness, Xavier Robinson. Reformed Fitness is one of the leading HIT training companies in the world, and probably the most prominent in the virtual health coaching and personal training space.

Xavier and I worked together for a number of years at a previous fitness business. After COVID he decided to break off and start his own virtual personal training business. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to come work with him again at Reformed Fitness and I've been there a little over two years now.

On today's episode Xavier shares with us the inception of Reformed Fitness. What made him decide to quit a stable career and branch off on his own to pursue entrepreneurship, and how he's continuing to grow the company today and in the future. Reformed is unique in that it is entirely virtual. No overhead, just amazing virtual 1:1 workouts and health coaching anywhere in the world.

If you've ever thought about opening your own fitness business, and worried about the investment, you don't want to miss this episode. Xavier shares a ton of lessons learned along the way, and how he continues to make Reformed Fitness an innovative leader in the high intensity training and health coaching space. If you're interested in working with Xavier or learning more about Reformed Fitness you can reach him at (xavier@reformed-fitness.com) or schedule direct with him HERE.
