Raghav Gupta and his company Futurense Technologies have been assisting India's young talents, many of whom are from smaller towns, by upskilling them to advance in their professional careers. Young professionals in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities who are starting their careers are facing the same issue, inadequate access to the right education and financial limitations to upskill themselves. Futurense is training the young talent while paying them for their needs. The company mentors them in Bangalore for two months with free food and accommodation. Improve their skills and domain knowledge and provide them with a path to Fortune 500 companies. When a person first joins Futurense, they often receive a 2X raise. The average raise for the talent is 4.5x after 14 months, which includes 2 months of training and 12 months of deployment.
