This episode is bonus episode 2 of possibly 10 or 11 total episodes. I will be talking about my revision surgery being approved from Sleeve to SADI-S, the ups and the downs, the good and the bad. I didn't feel like doing a whole new podcast, so I am tacking on a few episodes here.
Overall, I will be discussing my physical and emotional health, weight loss, exercise, friends, hanging out, eating out, healing, and much more!
In this episode I discuss post-surgical pain, walking, great team, lots of support, and I even talk a little about my BM's. And yes, they get an apostophe! Deal with it.
