Apologies for being very late with this episode, Nick and I have been super busy with real-life stuff so that's our excuse and we're sticking with it! Oh and we did have a technical hitch last week, if you watch the video all will become clear!
Anyway, what's in this episode? Well, we talk about our latest weight update, we chat about Benidorm, mastication, glasses, hats and our goals for the week ahead. It's one of our shorter episodes for sure but that doesn't mean it's short on content or entertainment, and I use the phrase loosely!
