It is often said that “the worst times bring out the best & worst in people”. Extreme stress affects us all differently and can reveal who we are and where we need improvement. Are we the victim of our lives or the victor? Why is this happening to me, or why is this happening for me? The state of mind that we cultivate plays a pivotal role in how we see ourselves, engage with others & and directly manifest what thoughts we lead with. The key is to understand where our own resistance comes from, why I am resisting this moment or this level of change. My friends, we must dig deeper within ourselves to understand our why. Embrace the struggle and lean into the moment. With momentum, you can push through anything and everything!
