This week we talk about the importance of remembering you're not significant and that the domino effects we set off in the world are far reaching. You should believe in yourself and take a chance on things you want to do and create, you are more than worth it. Never forget that.
I do tell probably one of my hardest stories so far in this episode as well as cover some heavier topics. If you need to not listen because of that, it is understandable and perfectly fine, we can have tea together next week. Above everything else I want you all to be doing what's best for your mental health. I hope the week ahead brings you calming and peace.
