Hi 2Legs Faithful! A long one in the making! Joining us for E279 is Author/Researcher/Journalist/Musician Keith Badman. Keith penned a trio of 3 Beatles "Bibles" in the early 00s. The first being After The Breakup 1970-2000 which was one of the first texts to compile Solo Beatles activity in a Day By Day format (Like Lewisohn).
Andy quickly snapped up the book upon seeing on the shelves (RIP Borders!) circa 2001-02. His copy is well worn (as you'll see in the show). He brought it to Tom's attention shortly after joining the show. Keith did some work for The Beatles Anthology via a mutual friend Chips Chiperfield. He tells us about that and how he came to write the book.
He followed up "After The Breakup" with two subsequent volumes titled "Off The Record" which collected quotes from Beatles and Associates.
