We have explored the theory of Transactional Analysis (TA) in a previous episode, and have also spent time on other episodes discussing the Drama Triangle and the Parent, Adult, Child models that stem from TA.
In this episode we dive a little deeper into another theory that stems from the world of TA, the theory of Drivers. You will already be familiar with a couple of the psychological drivers that we will be discussing. We have previously recorded episodes on People Pleasing and Perfectionism, which both sit within this theory.
We're going to round things off in this episode, taking a look at all five drivers, providing an explanation of what they are, where they come from and how they might show up in the coaching room.
Enjoy the episode!
