T. Glenn Moore assumed the duties of Installation Manager for theCamp Stanley Storage Activity on October 1, 2020. CSSA providesreliable and timely worldwide support of the warfighter through thereceipt, storage, and transportation of lethal munitions, as well astesting, quality assurance, and maintenance of ammunition, armsand equipment.In 1990, Moore was commissioned as an Aviation officer from theArmy ROTC program at Texas Christian University, Fort Worth,Texas.Moore holds a Master of Science in Occupational Education fromKansas State University, Manhattan, Kansas, a Master of Arts inNational Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College,Newport, Rhode Island, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas ChristianUniversity.Moore’s military career spanned over 28 years, encompassing a wide array of positions, fivedeployments, five commands, and over 2,000 hours of flight time as a Chinook pilot, of which over400 hours were flown in combat.Moore’s command assignments include Company Commander, Company D, 1st Battalion, 58thAviation Regiment (Air Traffic Services); Company Commander, Company B, 159th AviationRegiment; Battalion Commander, 1st Battalion, 58th Aviation Regiment; and Garrison Commander,US Army Garrison, Fort Polk (known as Fort Johnson since 2023), Louisiana. His final assignment,before retiring from the Army, was as a professor at the Naval War College. After retiring, he workedin the oil and gas industry before once again joining federal civil service.Moore’s awards and decorations include Legion of Merit (1 Oak Leaf Cluster), Bronze Star (2 OakLeaf Clusters), Meritorious Service Medal (5 Oak Leaf Clusters), Air Medal (numeral 4), Joint ServiceCommendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal (3 Oak Leaf Clusters), Army AchievementMedal, Combat Action Badge, Master Aviator Badge, U.S. and German Airborne Wings, Air AssaultWings, Order of Saint Michael, and various service and campaign medals.
