Martin talks about how he had a wake-up call when in New York and made a choice to start his running journey. His journey goes from breaking 1 hour for 10k, then 40min, and bringing that time right down showing his natural talents. Martin is a big beliver in locking into a pace and not using your watch to drive your performance, he explains how he does this when he hit a 67min half at Manchester Half.
