Hey there! Welcome to Self Produced. Like many creatives, I've grappled with the idea that focusing on the business side of art equates to "selling out."
In this podcast, I'll be sharing my personal journey of transitioning from creating art that led to financial loss to prioritizing the building of a sustainable business from my creative work.
Drawing from my experience in business management and leadership, and conversations with other artists, I'll delve into the importance of understanding the foundational structures required to scale a business from the ground up.
Throughout this podcast, I aim to share my wins, losses, and research, providing insights for fellow artists looking to establish sustainable income streams.
