How Many Farts a Day Is Normal?---你哋有冇試過成晚不停放屁,放到自己都開始懷疑人生?Have you ever spent the whole night farting so much that you started questioning your life?今日同大家輕鬆講下,關於放屁嘅一啲冷知識。Today, let’s casually talk about some fun facts about farting.---💨 放屁其實好正常其實放屁係一件好正常嘅事。Actually, farting is totally normal.因為我哋一食嘢,腸道就要開始工作。When we eat, our intestines have to start working.腸道郁緊,就自然會產生氣體。When the gut moves, gas is naturally produced.所以放屁,其實係腸道運作正常嘅證明。So farting is actually a sign that your digestive system is working.---🔢 一日放幾多屁先算正常?咁究竟一日放幾多屁先算正常呢?So how many farts a day is considered normal?答案可能會令你好驚訝。The answer might surprise you.一般人一日大約會放十到二十次屁。Most people fart about ten to twenty times a day.係呀,唔係一次兩次。Yes — not just once or twice.有啲人甚至會多過二十次。Some people even fart more than twenty times.只要冇肚痛,其實都算正常。As long as there’s no stomach pain, it’s usually normal.---🌙 點解夜晚特別多屁?咁點解有時夜晚會特別多屁呢?So why do we fart more at night sometimes?因為日頭食落去嘅嘢,夜晚先慢慢消化。Because the food we eat during the day gets digested later at night.加上瞓低之後,啲氣更容易走出嚟。And when we lie down, gas can move more easily.所以成晚放屁,其實好合理。So farting all night actually makes sense.---🍠 食蕃薯會放屁?中國人成日話,食蕃薯會放屁。Chinese people often say eating sweet potatoes makes you fart.其實呢句說話,真係有根據㗎。And actually, there’s some truth to that.因為蕃薯纖維高,又有啲糖份比較難消化。Sweet potatoes are high in fiber and contain sugars that are harder to digest.腸道細菌一工作,就會產生多啲氣。When gut bacteria start working, more gas is produced.所以食完蕃薯放屁,其實好正常。So farting after eating sweet potatoes is totally normal.---🥦 仲有乜嘢食物會令人放多啲屁?除咗蕃薯,其實仲有好多食物都會令人放多啲屁。Besides sweet potatoes, many foods can make you fart more.例如豆類、豆腐、豆漿。For example, beans, tofu, and soy milk.仲有椰菜、西蘭花、洋蔥。Also cabbage, broccoli, and onions.仲有牛奶同奶製品。And milk or dairy products.唔係因為佢哋唔好,而係因為佢哋太健康。Not because they’re bad — but because they’re very healthy.---😷 點解有啲屁會特別臭?但點解有啲屁會特別臭呢?But why are some farts extra smelly?多數同蛋白質同硫有關。It’s usually related to protein and sulfur.食得太多肉,屁就容易臭。Too much meat can make farts smell worse.加上消化慢,啲嘢留得太耐。And when digestion is slow, food stays in the gut longer.---😌 點解有時啲屁又唔臭?但有時啲屁又完全唔臭。But sometimes, farts don’t smell at all.因為嗰啲主要只係空氣。That’s because they’re mostly just air.有聲冇味。All sound, no smell.呢啲屁,其實好無辜。These farts are actually very innocent.---🗣️ 廣東話有句說話……廣東話有句說話:臭屁唔響,響屁唔臭。There’s a Cantonese saying: smelly farts don’t make noise, noisy farts don’t smell.咁呢句說話,係咪真㗎呢?So is this actually true?大部分情況,真係啱㗎。In most cases, yes.響屁多數只係空氣。Noisy farts are usually just air.臭屁雖然細,但味道好重。Smelly farts may be small, but the smell is strong.所以聲大,唔代表臭;臭,亦唔一定有聲。So loud doesn’t mean smelly, and smelly doesn’t mean loud.---🌿 點樣可以減少臭屁?如果想減少臭屁,其實可以做幾樣簡單嘢。If you want to reduce smelly farts, there are a few simple things you can do.食慢啲。Eat more slowly.唔好一次食太多。Don’t eat too much at once.菜唔好煮到太爛。Don’t overcook vegetables.加啲薑、蒜、胡椒,幫助消化。Add ginger, garlic, or pepper to help digestion.---所以放屁,其實真係唔需要覺得尷尬。So farting really isn’t something to be embarrassed about.放屁多,唔一定係壞事。Farting a lot doesn’t necessarily mean something’s wrong.反而代表你個腸有郁、有做嘢。It often means your gut is active and working.忍住先至真係辛苦。Holding it in is what’s really uncomfortable.有屁可放,其實係一種祝福。Being able to fart is actually a blessing.不過身邊嘅人就難受啲啦!哈哈。But the people around you might suffer a little… haha.---
