大家好,今日想同大家講下一啲養生嘅貼士。
Hello everyone, today I’d like to share some health tips with you.
其實中國人,尤其係香港人,都好注重養生㗎。
Chinese people, especially Hong Kong people, really care a lot about health and wellness.
我自己都對養生好有興趣,亦都好鍾意學一啲生活上嘅冷知識。
I’m personally very interested in health topics, and I enjoy learning little wellness facts in daily life.
前兩日我睇咗一啲中醫同西醫講關於飲水嘅健康貼士。
A few days ago, I watched some videos by both Chinese medicine practitioners and Western doctors talking about drinking water.
唔知你有冇「屙夜尿」呢個問題呢?
Do you have the problem of waking up at night to pee?
我自己每晚大概兩、三點就會醒一次去廁所。
For me, I often wake up around two or three in the morning to use the bathroom.
如果起咗身再瞓返,有時都唔係咁容易即刻瞓得著。
Once I wake up, it’s sometimes not easy to fall asleep again.
因為我仲有一個壞習慣,就係醒咗之後會睇手機。
That’s also because I have a bad habit — I might check my phone after waking up.
Anyway,其實如果可以一覺瞓到天光,真係好舒服㗎。
Anyway, sleeping through the whole night really feels amazing.
上個星期有兩晚我真係冇屙夜尿,嗰兩晚我瞓得特別好。
Last week, there were two nights when I didn’t wake up to pee, and I slept really well.
中醫同西醫都有提到,臨瞓前三個鐘最好唔好飲水。
Both Chinese and Western doctors suggest avoiding drinking water within three hours before bedtime.
有位中醫甚至話七點之後唔好飲水,話會加重腎臟負擔。
One Chinese medicine doctor even said not to drink water after 7 p.m., as it may increase the burden on the kidneys.
我覺得完全唔飲水其實幾難做到。
I think completely avoiding water is quite difficult.
因為我習慣成日飲水,臨瞓前仲好鍾意飲茶或者暖水。
I’m used to drinking water all day, and I also like having tea or warm water before bed.
所以我會試下有意識咁做:七點之後只係濕下口。
So I’m trying to be more mindful — after 7 p.m., just small sips to moisten my mouth.
唔會再一杯一杯咁飲。
No more drinking full cups at night.
今年我好想更加有意識咁照顧自己嘅身體。
This year, I really want to take better and more mindful care of my body.
包括每日做少少簡單運動,就算係鬱下手腳幾分鐘都好。
That includes doing some simple exercises every day, even just moving my arms and legs for a few minutes.
夜晚就睇少啲手機,將電話擺遠啲。
At night, I want to use my phone less and keep it farther away.
仲有飲少啲咖啡同茶,減少對身體嘅刺激。
I also want to cut down on coffee and tea to reduce stimulation to my body.
臨瞓前三個鐘,盡量唔食嘢同唔飲水。
And within three hours before bedtime, I try not to eat or drink.
想試下每日持之以恆咁做。
I want to try sticking to these habits every day.
我相信好嘅習慣,長期落嚟一定會對身體有好處。
I believe good habits, over time, will bring long-term benefits to our health.
所以都想喺我嘅頻道同大家分享呢啲養生智慧,畀大家作個參考。
