As an adult who grew up in a home where it was more normal to put your hands on another person than to tell them that you love them, learning what safe love is was a hard lesson to learn. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the norm for me to feel safe in the home I lived in and in the relationships I had. In today’s episode, I share with you how I learned about safe love and what safe love even is. You, my beautiful friend, deserve safe love. A love that is safe, caring, and makes you comfortable. I hope this episode inspires you to make that happen if you don’t already have it.
