It is a hard concept for us to grasp, but everything in this life must come to an end. For there to be any sort of new beginnings, we must embrace this, move through the pain of letting go- and embrace what is on the other side of acceptance.
Heath returns to the podcast after nearly a year away. He talks about what transpired in 2024 that caused the sudden and abrupt halt to the show, and the reason behind the complete silence since that summer.
It was a very difficult journey of breakdowns in every aspect of life: health, mental capacity, marriage and professional momentum- all were derailed forcing a deep-rest (depressed) state and a monumental look within to get to the route of all that was holding life back- instead of the surface level efforts of the past.
Breakdowns lead to breakthroughs- and this is a story of one for the ages.
