✨ Empower HER Radio with Dr. Corey Winn Where women rise in wealth, impact, and alignment. Welcome to Empower HER Radio with Dr. Corey Winn, the space where ambition meets elegance and overflow becomes your new normal. I'm Dr. Corey Winn — coach, consultant, wife, mother, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and founder of The Carl Edward Foundation. I'm here to amplify the voices of women who are redefining success and building lives that reflect both purpose and prosperity. Each episode spotlights trailblazing women who lead with vision, abundance, and heart — alongside intimate solo conversations where I share the mindset, energetics, and strategy that allow you to build wealth and impact in full alignment with who you are. This isn't a podcast about fixing or striving. It's about remembering who you are, expanding what's possible, and becoming unavailable for anything less than extraordinary. Because when one woman steps fully into her power, she creates a legacy that elevates us all. ✨ You're not here to play small. You're here to empower HER — and become her.2024 Développement personnel Hygiène et vie saine Réussite personnelle

    • Allyship, Inclusive Leadership & Female Empowerment: How High-Achieving Women Build Brave Rooms, Real Connection, and Rise Without Burnout (with Joy Rowland)
      Feb 18 2026

If you're the woman everyone trusts to hold it all together—but you're quietly exhausted from carrying the emotional weight of every room—you're not alone, and you're not meant to lead like this.

In this powerful return conversation, I'm joined by Joy Rowland—Founder of Next Level Women, host of the Next Level Women Podcast, and a mentor who helps high-capacity women rise through connection, collaboration, and consistency. Together, we step into the real conversation many women avoid: what it actually means to be an ally in business and life, how to lead with integrity when discomfort is part of growth, and how to create spaces where people don't just "attend"—they belong.

This episode is essential listening for women leaders, women entrepreneurs, and high-achieving professionals who are done performing confidence while privately navigating burnout, pressure, and the invisible labor of being "the strong one." Joy shares her perspective as an immigrant Black woman and mother, the emotional reality of carrying collective pain in the body, and the leadership required to keep choosing love without ignoring truth. We talk about systemic inequity, inclusive leadership, and why listening—real listening—is one of the most powerful forms of influence you'll ever practice.

If you're building a team, a business, a community, or a legacy, this conversation will stretch you—in the best way. You'll walk away with a deeper understanding of women's empowerment, women in business, diversity and inclusion, and the practical, human steps that build trust: asking better questions, creating genuinely inclusive messaging, and being willing to stand up in real time when it matters. This isn't performative leadership. This is the kind that changes rooms—and raises daughters who change the world.

Now press play. Then don't keep it to yourself. Subscribe to Empower HER Radio with Dr. Corey Winn, share this episode with the women you're rising alongside, and step into the HER Quantum Rise™ community—where high-achieving women stop shrinking, stop over-functioning, and start leading with clarity, courage, and undeniable presence.

If you're a high-achieving woman who's respected, relied on, and quietly exhausted — this episode of Empower HER Radio with Dr. Corey Winn was created for you.

In this powerful conversation, I sit down with Brittany McNeal, founder of HerPlace, to explore what it really looks like to lead, build, and create community without burning yourself out. • Celebrating Black Women in February: Trauma-Informed Leadership, Reinvention & Rising Without Burnout | ft. Dr. Melanie Gray
      Feb 4 2026

If you're the woman everyone relies on—the high-achiever who leads, carries, delivers, and still feels a quiet ache for more ease, more recognition, and more breath—this episode is for you.

February is Black History Month, and I'm intentionally dedicating this month of Empower HER Radio to spotlighting Black women who lead with brilliance, depth, and undeniable power. I want to name this clearly: some of the most influential mentors in my life have been Black women—women whose leadership, excellence, and presence have shaped me in ways I'll never stop honoring. This conversation is the kickoff, and it's one you will feel in your body.

My guest, Dr. Melanie Gray, shares a story that holds both truth and triumph—rooted in lineage, resilience, and evolution. Her parents grew up in Jim Crow era America—not ancient history, not a distant past—and she speaks with stunning clarity about what it means to carry legacy, to rise with dignity, and to keep becoming. With 40+ years in nursing and decades of leadership across healthcare and higher education, Dr. Gray embodies a kind of success that's not just impressive—it's aligned.

Inside this episode, we go deep into trauma-informed leadership—what it actually is, why it matters far beyond healthcare, and how it changes everything about the way you lead, parent, communicate, and build culture. We talk about adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), generational trauma, and the subtle ways "armor" can show up as perfectionism, over-functioning, and being seen as "not approachable" when you're simply trying to stay safe. Dr. Gray brings it home with a powerful reframe: instead of asking "what's wrong with them?" we learn to ask "what happened to them?"—and that one shift can transform how you show up with your team, your family, your clients, and yourself.

And then—this is where it turns into an identity activation—Dr. Gray lays out what self-care looks like for real: put yourself on your calendar and don't move the date. We talk boundaries, burnout recovery, and the truth that your career cannot be your entire legacy. Because the woman you're becoming isn't here to survive her success—she's here to enjoy it.
