Our guest in this episode is Lawrence Webb, Group SHE Strategy Director at Costain Group, a wellbeing advocate and the President of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). Lawrence is passionate about creating safe and supportive work environments.  He emphasizes the importance of education to understand symptoms of the stages of menopause to  prevent misunderstandings.
