I made a mistake. Don't we all? But, that can't - and WON'T - be an excuse for me. I missed my typical upload day of every week on Tuesday morning. In missing my upload, I realized how I violated three important leadership topics, and I dive quickly into the importance of each in this episode. Before missing the deadline, I even anticipated that I owed an episode beforehand, and simply prioritized other things in my life. Saying that I was too busy, or that I didn't have enough time, or that circumstances were beyond my control would be nothing more than a lie. I prioritized other things.
