      The King of Comedy Cocktail Recipe

      Ingredients

      • 2 oz rye whiskey (or bonded bourbon if you want it rounder)
      • ½ oz Averna or other amaro (for depth and hard-earned wisdom)
      • ¼ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + warm water)
      • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
      • 1 dash orange bitters
      • Orange peel (expressed)

      Instructions
      1. Add whiskey, amaro, honey syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
      2. Stir until well chilled and properly diluted (about 20–25 seconds).
      3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube.
      4. Express an orange peel over the drink, rim the glass, and discard or drop in.

      The Saturn Broadcast Recipe:
      Ingredients

      • 1.5 oz Anteel Gin or Du Nord Fitzgerald

      • 0.5 oz Amaro Nonino

      • 0.75 oz Pineapple juice

      • 0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice

      • 0.25 oz Honey–ginger syrup

      • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

      Instructions

      1. Add all ingredients (except optional float) to a shaker with ice.

      2. Shake hard—like you’re trying to wake the ancestors.

      3. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over a large cube.

      4. If using charcoal or butterfly pea tea, gently float or swirl for a galaxy effect.

      Garnish

      • Dehydrated pineapple wheel or lemon twist

      The Papa Dolble Recipe:
      Ingredients:

      • 2 oz white rum
      • ¾ oz fresh grapefruit juice
      • ½ oz fresh lime juice
      • ½ oz maraschino liqueur

      Shake with ice, strain into a coupe, and garnish with a lime wheel.
