Meet the guest: Dr. Liang-en Yu earned a PhD in Animal and Food Science from the University of Delaware and currently serves as a postdoctoral fellow at Academia Sinica in Taiwan. His research focuses on prenatal nutrition, in ovo supplementation, and embryonic intestinal and muscle development in poultry. Dr. Yu received the 2025 Milton L. Sunde Award from the American Society for Nutrition.
