The apostle Paul was in the city of Ephesus and felt there were many opportunities to share the gospel , however there were also many oppositions at the same time.
1 Corinthians 16:9 says, “Great door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many who oppose me.”
Often times, we get discouraged when we encounter adversaries in life. Some people think, If God open the door, which means we won’t face any difficulty. This is far from the truth!
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” Ephesians 6:12
Don’t get discouraged when you face adversaries for doing good, instead choose to see the opposition as a confirmation.
