      Mar 26 2023

      Summary

Fast and slow is a concept that looks at how we analyze and engage with the world around us. It is based on the idea of simplifying our lives in order to make decisions more quickly and efficiently. We use the concept of fast and slow to help us make decisions without having to remember every single detail. We can automate our processes to save time for other things. Depending on the decision, it should be given the appropriate amount of thought and consideration. Mental models are thought processes used to examine a problem or make decisions.

    • Scarcity is Unreal | Everything Is Either Enough or Surplus
      Mar 11 2023

      Highlights

There are two types of mindset; the abundance and scarcity mindset. The scarcity mindset says there are limited resources and we have to compete to beat each other to it. This mindset is as old as the human race and it takes superior wisdom to damn it. This thinking seems to help motivate people instantly, but in the long run, it affects our family, career, finance, health, and faith life. It reduces human capacity and compromises our genius. You'd find all you need to evade and damn this mindset. When you start the journey, you'd realize it's not as hard as you imagined it to be. Honestly, scarcity is unreal. It does not exist, yet it exists. Still, it is unreal.

      Summary

The conversation discussed the issue of a scarcity mindset and how it can be found in all aspects of life, from family to career to finance. It was explained that toiling, or the idea that things are not easy to come by, is something that has been around since Adam and Eve. This suggests limitation and competition, as people struggle to acquire what is available. The scarcity mindset is the idea that there is a limited number of resources, opportunities, and positions, and that some people will not be able to get them. The abundance mindset is the opposite, believing that there is enough for everyone. The scarcity mindset is an ineffective way of looking at the world and the abundance mindset is an effective cure for it. The conversation delves deeper into the concept of scarcity and the abundance mindset so that people can understand that scarcity is actually an unreal concept.
