Dept Q is a gripping, mysterious plot, good characters and all that while being set in Scotland. The story entails a detective being taken off the case because he makes mistake on an investigation. Him and his colleague are seriously injured and one policeman dies. So the powers that be put him into anonymity and he is.allowed to.select his own people, form a separate department and work on cold cases.
They choose a cold case from 4 years back where the lawyer working for the Government has gone missing and is presumed dead at sea. However, story has some very interesting teists and turns and the police needs to probe several angles before they can find the actual one. The end is surpising and very intriquing. Dept Q is a must watch if you like crime thrillers.
