Reunion Time!  I'm bringing back my guests from my very first podcast: Jason Swann and Beau Skonieczny. We talked about a lot... cover songs, compilation albums, making mix tapes,  what's happened since the first one, what we've learned, giving me constructive criticism on my podcast skills, and just general BS. We're some goofy dudes! It was a fun time for sure!

On this episode of "Crucial Philocity" I sit down and catch up with my long time friend and bass player extraordinaire from the band: After Radio, Olivia Friedel. She's also the owner of some of the best bass faces in the business. We spent a few moments catching each other up  about what's going on in our lives for a few moments and then we jumped right into our chat. We spoke about jumping back into a band situation after taking a significant amount of time off. We also got into chatting about taking chances with our songwriting, taking chances musically, death metal (of course!), mental health, and our moms. Overall it was an enjoyable experience,  although too short. I hope to have her on again. Enjoy and thanks for listening. -Phil

On this episode I'm talking with one of my best friends and band mates, bass player of Your Mom's Cadaver, Jason Mckeller.  We talk about our friendship, his metal musical journey, (first show, album, etc.) the origins of our band and our many high jinx over the years. And as always how metal has helped our mental health journey. Honestly it wasn't enough time. We're most definitely going to record another one here in the future.  Also, it's another solo podcast attempt by me with some post production help from, former guest Beau Skonieczny. Thanks!
