Welcome back to another episode! In this final episode of the chakra series, we explore the chakra system as a whole, integrated map connecting energy, the physical body, and the endocrine (hormone) system.

Each chakra corresponds with a key endocrine gland, showing us how emotional and energetic patterns can influence our hormones, nervous system, and overall health. We look at how we often learn and heal from the root up, building safety, confidence, and alignment, while manifestation moves from the crown down—from inspiration and vision, through expression and purpose, into creation and physical form.

This episode brings together energy, embodiment, and intention, offering a grounded way to understand the chakras not just as concepts, but as a living system through which ideas become reality.
