      In Episode 1, Greg Roeszler (Coach Roz) and Phil Darke introduce some transformational coaching concepts for positive impact with kids, parents, and coaches at home, in school and in our community.  These concepts are taught on the practice field and carried out year-round.  Coach aspires to create a “team of coaches” committed to teaching character, integrity and inclusiveness to our youth. Specifically, the discuss:

      • Coach Roz and Phil’s past and present coaching experience and how it has led them to this important endeavor in preparing coaches to coach character
