The path to excellence is one that only a few travel. It is a difficult path with lots of obstacles on the way.
You walk slowly and carefully, fall at times, and get back up again and again... making progress even slower….and harder...
Our role models set standards for us. There is no doubt that as a parent, you must strive to be a good role model for your child. However, don’t wait until you are the “perfect” role model to guide your child.
Instead, be a role model of who is striving for good. Walk the journey with them. You don’t need to pretend it's easy for you to wake up for Fajr if it’s hard for you. No, share the journey of striving to pray Fajr with them.
