 From politics to the workplace our culture is changing. Unfortunately it is not going in the right direction. I will be giving you my take on current affairs that are defining our culture. I am known for telling it the way it is and not afraid to challenge the establishment. I have had Depression and Anxiety for over 30 years and been very successful in my life. Not surprisingly mental health wellbeing is a passion of mine. I am a Public Speaking Coach and a Mental Wellbeing Facilitator.       Let's get this right the Macho Business culture is Bullshit. I personally have been there and got the tee-shirt. It had done massive damage to my mental and physical health. Burnout is real and at some point you will get it. Don't make the mistakes I made learn from me to do things differently.
