  • #1354- "I've Made 15K Per Month For The Last 3 Months Straight - 10k Mastermind Podchats
    Feb 5 2026

Janae just found out she's pregnant and terrified her business will suffer. Cameron hit $40K this month with no team and zero marketing spend - just pure referrals. Arthur built a massive following as the "metal fitness coach" but realized he's attracting the wrong people. Julian's closing tennis coaching deals after multiple follow-up calls but second-guessing his own certainty.

This episode opens with Brian announcing the Content to Cash Challenge - breaking down how his Instagram generated 50 million views in 30 days. Then he dives into live coaching covering everything from scaling through pregnancy to staying authentic when your niche gets too narrow to closing sales calls when clients say "let me check my finances."

From Janae's priority shift to get recurring over $10K before the baby arrives, to Cameron's stripe tax nightmare in Abu Dhabi, to Corey's breakthrough moment of staying in the pocket when a client tried to bail - this is what building a real business looks like when life gets complicated.

Plus, Brian breaks down exactly why you need to book the follow-up call ON the call, and how Corey surfed the wave instead of letting a client walk away.

    Here's what we break down:

    • Why Janae needs to prioritize recurring over $10K before her baby arrives
    • Cameron's $40K month strategy: pure referrals, zero ad spend
    • The stripe payment processor problem (and why Brian switched to Wop)
    • Arthur's niche crisis: leaning too much into metal, not enough into who he is
    • How to integrate your passion without pigeonholing yourself
    • Tim Grover's mindset books: Relentless and Winning
    • Julian's tennis coaching sales breakthrough: always book the follow-up call ON the call
    • Corey's pocket moment: staying confident when clients say "let me check my finances"

      ...and so much more.

    Top Quotes:

"Get your recurring to $10K. That means for the next couple months your income might be lower, but if you're stacking recurring and it's getting bigger every month, that is the ultimate goal." - Brian (1:56)

"The problem is we're leaning too much into the music side and not enough into the who Arthur is side. Instead of changing the niche, what if we change the messaging?" - Brian (10:58)

"Always book the follow-up call on the call. That's the rule. If you can't close on the deal, try to close on the deposit. If not that, close on the follow-up call." - Brian (50:30)

"If you were as good as you think you are at tennis, you should be comfortable selling, because you know when they pay you, you're gonna make them better." - Brian (55:00)

"Old me would have caved. I stayed in a place of no pressure, feeling good. I got him to check his finances. He came back and said fuck it, let's do it." - Corey (57:35)

  • #1353- "I Signed Up At 5k Now I'm At 20k In Only 4 Months" - Podchats
    Jan 29 2026

Marilyn's about to hit $13K this month, but three clients dropped off after the onboarding call. Elliott's quitting his job in five weeks. Carter just signed his 10th client in a single day and hit $10K revenue. Janae 5x'd her income from last year.

This episode is pure tactical coaching with zero fluff... coaches are signing clients, launching challenges, quitting their jobs, and figuring out exactly what's broken in their process so they can fix it fast.

From Marilyn losing clients after onboarding because she's not handling agreements on the sales call, to Corey struggling to get keyword comments on his gay fitness content, to Elliott calculating exactly what to charge for in-person athlete sessions, to Carter crushing a $10K revenue day - this is what scaling to six figures actually looks like in real time.

Plus, Brian announces the Content to Cash Challenge - a three-day masterclass breaking down how his account generated 45.4 million views in 30 days (94% organic, only 6% from ads).

    Here's what we break down:

    • Why clients are dropping off after onboarding (and how to fix it immediately)
    • The hourly rate formula for pricing in-person sessions
    • How to get more keyword comments on your CTAs
    • The split-screen format that's crushing on Instagram right now
    • Kayla's four-day to six-week challenge conversion strategy
    • Why 20% DM response rate is actually normal
    • Carter's $480 birthday giveaway strategy for massive engagement

      ...and so much more.

    Top Quotes:

"If you're noticing a drop off after the onboarding call because of the agreement, then I would just take care of it on the call when they're in the moment." - Brian (0:00)

"Your current hourly rate is technically $106 an hour. You're going to spend four hours with the client, but you're also taking time away from other things. That would double the price." - Brian (10:00)

"You need to figure out what is currently trending on Instagram right now, and then you need to attach the value that you have to provide with what is currently trending." - Brian (13:55)

"Four day challenges typically will convert at a higher percentage than 14 day challenges. A little bit more intense, a little bit more work, but they convert at a higher percentage." - Brian (1:05:00)

"I just want to remind you how far you've come. Last January you made $2K. This January you're at $9.5K. We 5x'd that bitch. Let's do that again." - Brian (1:08:42)

    CHAPTERS:

  • #1352- "I 5x'd My Followers and Am At 11k For The Month" - 10k Mastermind Podchats
    Jan 22 2026

Max is spending $120 on boosted posts getting 50 followers at $2.20 each. Not ideal. Mitch has a viral format pulling 100K+ views but wants to shift his niche to men's fat loss without losing momentum. Aaron's Facebook page just exploded to 14K followers with 2 million views in two days. Rocky's trying to transition from in-person to online while his gym clients keep asking when he'll be back.

This episode is Brian breaking down the most critical lesson in content strategy: the goal is not to go viral. The goal is to grow your business.

From the 48-hour boosted post testing framework that costs $50 and tells you if an ad will work, to why 20-30% of your content should be conversion-focused even if it gets lower views, to how to pivot your niche without burning down everything you've built - this is what actually moves the needle when you're trying to scale.

Plus, Aaron's Facebook page just blew up and Brian walks him through exactly how he optimized his own Facebook profile over the weekend for incoming DMs using ManyChat automation.

    Here's what we break down:

    • The 48-hour boosted post testing framework ($25/day for 2 days)
    • Why viral content doesn't always grow your business
    • The 50/50 content split: awareness vs conversion
    • How to pivot your niche without losing your audience
    • Connection, proof, and value: which ones should be niche-specific
    • Facebook optimization strategy using ManyChat keywords
    • Rocky's in-person to online transition script
    • Lucy's ghosting client problem (buyers are liars)

      ...and so much more.

    Top Quotes:

"The goal is not to go viral. The goal is to grow your business. That's the fucking message." - Brian (10:00)

"There's good content, then there's good content strategy. Good content goes viral. Good content strategy leads to more booked sales calls and more money in your bank." - Brian (10:00)

"If you're consistently posting in a format that is not performing well, then stop posting that format." - Brian (15:00)

"The conversion content will naturally be lower in view count. That is okay. If it gets 5,000 views but you got four homies that reach out saying they saw your fat loss video, that's a win." - Brian (10:00)

"Buyers are fucking liars. I never trust buyers. You can't fucking listen to anything they say. Fucking liars." - Brian (1:18:51)

  • #1351- Made 12K Extra Recurring In The Last 3 Months
    Jan 15 2026

Ben fought his way back from addiction, multiple gunshot wounds, and strokes. He turned his life around. Then he was taken from us too soon. This episode opens with Brian honoring Ben - a PT Domination client for over four years who came to every event, overcame dark shit most people wouldn't survive, and meant a lot to the entire community. This is the tribute he deserves.

We also go over live coaching with coaches who are navigating the exact problems that keep most people stuck: getting distracted by shiny objects (CRMs, systems, apps), losing momentum when life gets chaotic, overthinking their niche to the point of paralysis, and trying to do everything at once instead of focusing on what actually moves the needle.

From Dana spending $500 on a CRM that's giving her task paralysis while she's already switching client apps, to Chase homeschooling three kids while training for a fitness comp and running a business, to Jai spiraling on his niche again instead of just posting content - this is what building a real business looks like when the pressure's on.

    Here's what we break down:

    • Why Brian doesn't fuck with CRMs (and you probably shouldn't either)
    • The $20K/month time valuation formula
    • Kayla's Valentine's Day challenge timing strategy
    • Why you can't scale past $50K without hiring help
    • Jai's niche spiral solution: stop overthinking, start executing
    • Chase's morning time block framework when life is chaos
    • Carolina's VSL mistake that's killing sales calls

    ...and so much more.

    Top Quotes:

"Anytime you change a system, you're going to lose about 20% efficiency in your business. Unless there's a significant upside higher than 20%, it's not worth it." - Brian (9:11)

"Your time Dana is worth $125 an hour. If you spend four hours frustrated trying to figure out GHL, that's $500 you could be making doing something else." - Brian (8:27)

"I don't fuck with CRMs. When I get bogged down into the menial day-to-day of CRMs, I go click, click, bang. I'm like, no thank you." - Brian (4:47)

"You can't scale to 500 clients without help. It's not just management - it's leadership. Training your team properly, spending time with them, getting to know them." - Brian (40:02)

"Do that for the next 30 days and then pay attention to the result. Stop thinking, start doing." - Brian (49:02)

  • #1349- I Hit 100k in My Business And 100k on Instagram - 10k Mastermind Podchats
    Jan 1 2026

Are you proud of how you showed up this year?

That's the only question that matters as we close out 2025 and step into 2026. Not "did you make a certain amount of money" or "did you hit your follower count." Did you give your very best effort every single day? Were you a good parent, a good partner, a good friend? Did you execute at the highest possible level you could?

This episode isn't about tactics. It's about the commitment you're making to yourself for 2026 - full ass, both cheeks, 24/7, 365 days. Not working 16 hours a day, but prioritizing what you want in life and spending every single day working towards those things while cutting out everything that doesn't serve your purpose.

Then Brian gets into live coaching with coaches who are setting massive goals, struggling with content plateaus, rebuilding after adversity, and learning how to monetize their platforms with brand partnerships.

    Here's what we break down:

    • The full-ass commitment mindset for 2026. Brian has worked with 38 coaches who hit $100K months. Every single one set that goal thinking it was crazy, then achieved it. You can have anything you want, but only if you commit fully. Not half-ass, not when you feel like it, not when it's easy. Full commitment means working on yourself every single day.
    • Brian's capacity expansion strategy that nobody talks about. He was doing twice-a-day posts, seven days a week. Then thought "I can do more" and went to three times. Then more. Every year his capacity expanded, and now what seemed insane is just normal. The things that feel impossible become your baseline when you consistently push your limits.
    • Why CTAs need to be on EVERY post (not every video). There's a difference between asking someone to take action (follow for more), asking for something in exchange (comment for guide), and pitching your program. Every post needs a CTA, but it doesn't have to be in the video itself. Check the caption - "follow for more value" or "save this post" or "drop fire emojis if this resonated."
    • Julian's Instagram plateau solution at 50K followers. He's getting massive views and comments but followers aren't growing. The problem? He's not asking people to follow. Simple fix: add "Follow @username for more value" to every post. Brian's viral video with 9,000 likes brought in 599 followers because he asked. You have the reach, you're just not converting it.
    • The split-screen format that's crushing right now. Instead of doing the same shouting videos or slow-motion corrections, experiment with split-screen content showing wrong vs right technique side by side. Brian Abarca is crushing with this format (1.1M views). Wide shot, show both sides, zoom into what's wrong with an X, then show the check mark on the right technique.
    • How to repost your viral content without looking repetitive. Go back to your most viral posts and repost them, but change the first three seconds of text on screen and switch the background music. Post them on trial reels so they look like different videos. Julian did this in December when posting slowed down - it worked.

    ...and much more.
