Example one of the tools - when you are feeling stuck in overwhelm - put your feet on the ground and imagine you are rooted into the centre of the earth then take three deep breaths and at the end of the third breath - take action. Take action even if only for 7 minutes and repeat again. Then at the end of the day notice how many sessions of 7 minutes you completed and with the support of Alexa say ‘Alexa, drum role’ and celebrate with getting up out of your chair and patting yourself on the back. Some of these tools and techniques will be from Kerri’s time in Canada and her love of the Canadian way of life.
