Carers' Experience is a podcast that aims to bring awareness for carers and non-carers alike to the caring experience, the resources available for carers, and the social change we need to implement to better support carers and those we care for. We explore carers' experience of financial precarity, carer identity, and wellbeing.
The podcast is hosted by Tania Teague, a carer since 2015 and the first carer-in-residence at the University of Technology Sydney.

Tania interviews Michelle Meachem to discuss how they've both set boundaries in their life and ensure that they carve out time for their own livelihoods. Michelle highlights the importance of 'putting your carer house in order'. Tania and Michelle also shed light on an important yet underrepresented topic- the transition to stepping away from caring.
