This, my first podcast, has come from my own experince of growing up in a culture, were honest and real conversations were'nt praticed or valued, hard conversations were'nt normalized. I lost my dad, when I was 16. Since then thorugh conversation in therapy and outside. I'm learning how much we learn and grow when cultivating conversation about what is meaning for us.
