Justin's roots in the real estate industry run deep, as he comes from a family of architects and builders. He got his start in the field by working with his father and grandfather to flip dilapidated homes and construct new ones from scratch. Later on, Justin transitioned to a career in design, where he worked as a furniture and lighting designer, design engineer, project manager for architectural projects, and director of Product Development for a home goods company. Throughout his career, Justin developed critical skills in contract negotiations, estimation, project management, vendor management, personnel management, and design. Despite his successful career in design, Justin continued to pursue his passion for real estate on the side. Spent the last 13 years in oil and gas. He worked his way up in business from the bottom to running the business in 7 years and bought the company he was managing a year later.  As President of the business from 2018-2022 providing oilfield equipment and services to oil companies, he doubled the size of his business and is now running a $40 million business.  Lev and Molly Cooper flipped their house they were living in from 2011- 2016 and sold it for a $60,000 profit. After that, they got more involved with real estate in 2019 with a fix and flip and started to rent Single Family Homes in 2021.  Joined Grant Cardone’s Private Real Estate Club in 2021.  Invested as a Limited Partner (LP) on four properties with over 1,000 units with Cardone Capital, as an LP on 48 units in Savannah, GA with members of the RE group, and as a General Partner (GP) on 18 units in Dallas, TX with members of the RE group.  Lev and Molly currently own two SFR, a house they are currently flipping, downtown offices, retail space, and 6 downtown apartments. They are also flipping commercial buildings to renovate downtown Williston, ND.  Cooper Capital is constantly looking for great properties in strong growth markets with great potential and strong returns for investors.

Josh Green is a partner at Traverse Capital and Alchemy Design + Development, both based in Salt Lake City, UT.

His background is in multifamily appraisal and consulting, which he did for over a decade all throughout Utah, Southern Idaho, Wyoming, Western Colorado, Montana, and North Dakota. Here he learned underwriting and valuation of all types of multifamily inside and out and was also a consultant helping developers to figure out what to do with their property.

Josh was the Finance Director for a Utah-based residential real estate developer for 5 years and was responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting of for sale and for rent projects, and debt and equity financing. During his time there he played an important role in roughly 20 ground up development projects ranging in size from 3 to over 200 units.

Josh co-founded Alchemy Design + Development, a real estate consulting, investment, and development firm in Utah. Alchemy is currently developing build for rent townhomes, single-family lots, and a food hall.

At Traverse Capital, Josh shares his passion for real estate and teaching by providing educational content and syndicated investment opportunities to people who want to invest in real estate, but don’t know how or where to start.

Josh holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and earned a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Utah, where he is an Adjunct Instructor for the Real Estate Market Analysis course. Josh loves spending time with his wife and four boys.

Hello, I'm Juan Cristales. I do my best to combine military discipline with an entrepreneurial spirit. I served as a servicemember until 2015, bringing a strong sense of leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence from the military to the world of real estate. Since my transition from the military in 2015, I've made significant strides as a real estate investor.

My journey began in 2016, and since then, I've successfully navigated the real estate landscape, completing over 200 transactions. My experience spans various aspects of the real estate market, including single-family wholesale, fix and flip projects, rental properties, and small commercial multi-family ventures.

In 2020, I took a bold step into new territory by initiating ground-up, new construction projects. Determined to diversify and expand, I ventured into building duplexes / townhouses from the ground up in 2022. This move tested my adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges within the real estate sector. I have successfully raised several millions of dollars for these real estate projects.

Attracting and securing funding via private lenders for these real estate ventures has gotten much easier over time. Currently, my focus is on scaling to raise money for longer-term, larger projects. I am driven by a vision of creating impactful developments and contributing to the success of communities through real estate. I hope to make a lasting contribution to the real estate industry.
