I traveled to the New Cambridge Project where his beloved Firefly Hallow Brewing used to stand. I was very pleased to see that this new brewery was a delight to visit. I sat down with Spencer Shankle, one of the owners, and we talked about the transition and the future plans of New Cambridge Project.

Nick and I had the opportunity to sit down with Labyrinth owners Adam and Sean. We talked about what's going on with the brewery now and what we may see in the near future.
