    • 7x03: Excuse Me, Why Are You SO Bad At Responding?!

Ah, yes, at some point, y'all knew i had to do an episode like this.

This is not really a call out, but rather, a PSA. It' s not really me defending people like me who are bad at responding but rather, trying to bring y'all to take a step back to look at the bigger picture

It's me trying to take accountability and help others take accountability for why we feel the way we feel about responding/not responding/not being responded to

So buckle up! Because this episode might trigger you a bit!

Honestly, it's such a silly concept of an episode, yet it was actually one of the hardest i've had to do.

I had to combat myself from going on a tangent on certain things because i felt myself being pulled away to different topics,

but one thing remained true and one thing seemed to be the common denominator for why i'm still living paycheck to paycheck in my 30's.

      It's me. Hi ! I wouldn't say i'm a problem, but its me!

And if you feel the same way, maybe this episode is for you! Because maybe you will finally realize that it's okay to admit that we may have been at such a disadvantage, and that we realize our full potential, but that might be one of the biggest downfalls we've ever had.

And it's finally time to take a stand to our own negative selves and say, it's okay to live paycheck to paycheck for now, because one day, i will be okay!

      TRIGGER WARNING FOR THIS EPISODE!

I almost choked to death a month ago, and it was a game changer!

Don't you love how phrasing things can change how grim one thing can sound?

This event taught my about my fight or flight instincts, and how heartbreaking it is that most people do perish from certain things because their fight or flight or freeze responses tell them to freeze.

It's also definitely interesting to see how life altering events can affect us, but how long do these effects last? This episode opens up this season and I would love for others to share their experiences, if they have any.
