Brandermill Community Association Timeline (March - April 2025)

March 10, 2025 (Monday)

• VoteHOA Email Sent: Email with online voting PIN and link sent to residents. Residents are advised to add brandermill@ivotehoa.com to their safe sender list and check all email folders.
• Paper Ballots Mailed (Approximate): Annual meeting notices containing paper ballots expected to arrive this week or next.
• Voting Thermometers Introduced: Voting progress trackers ("voting thermometers") are displayed to show progress towards quorum.
• Candidate Bios and Videos Available: Resident are reminded that candidate information is available on Facebook and the BCA website.
• Construction Begins on Planter's Wood Trails: Repaving project starts, expected to last about a week and a half, weather permitting. Residents advised to use caution.

March 11, 2025 (Tuesday)

• Tree Removal on Old Hundred Road: VDOT to remove a large tree across from The Chapel church, causing periodic road closures.
• VDOT & Maintenance Addressing Clogged Culvert Pipes: Efforts underway to address clogged or partially blocked culvert pipes under streets due to recent storms. Residents asked to report affected pipes to John Montervino.
• ARC Meeting: Rescheduled to 4:00 PM at the BCA office.
• Town Hall Meeting: 6:00 PM at the North Beach Clubhouse to discuss proposed amendments and addendums to the Association Governing Documents being voted on.

March 12, 2025 (Wednesday)

• Finance Committee Meeting: 7:00 PM via Zoom.

March 19, 2025 (Wednesday)

• Spring Wreath Craft Class (Rescheduled): 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the North Beach Clubhouse, led by Naomi Sharp.

March 20, 2025 (Thursday)

• Lifestyle Committee Meeting: 3:30 PM via Zoom.

March 24, 2025 (Monday)

• BOD Meeting: 6:00 PM via Zoom.

March 25, 2025 (Tuesday)

• New Resident Welcome Party: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM at the North Beach Clubhouse. Registration required.

April 1, 2025 (Tuesday)

• Q2 Assessments Due: Second quarterly assessment of $222.25 due. Option to pay for the remainder of the year in advance.

April 3, 2025 (Thursday)

• Geography Trivia Night: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Harbour Pointe Clubhouse. Registration available.

April 9, 2025 (Wednesday)

• Roundtable Meeting: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM at North Beach Clubhouse. Topics: Compliance & Maintenance. Featuring Tasha Rempfer and John Montervino.

• Mugs & Mornings: 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM at Harbour Pointe Clubhouse. Speaker Bo Baker on brain health. Registration available.

April 12, 2025 (Saturday)

• Spring Clean Out: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Harbour Pointe Clubhouse. Includes document shredding, electronics collection, donation drives, and medicine disposal kits.

April 15, 2025 (Tuesday)

• Book Club Meeting: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM at Harbour Pointe Clubhouse, discussing "The Midnight Library" by Matt Haig. Registration available.

April 26, 2025 (Saturday)

• The Festival of Spring: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Sunday Park. Free event with food trucks, live music, petting zoo, and more.
